How are you supposed to complete crafting books set in Eidetic Memory?

In the Crafting Books set I have each one accept the current race I am in since I can not read the book? I suggest being able to let us read our own race book at beginning or being able to read it somehow please help. P.S. it is the Orc motif I cant read if that matters

You should be able to read your own race's crafting style book one time. You simply do not need to, for crafting purposes, as you automatically know your own race's style.

Sounds like you read it somewhere along the way and it won't let you read it a seconds time. Probably want to open a CS ticket.

This drives my inner completionist absolutely batshit. I second the motion to allow characters to read their own motif books. I believe it works the same way with the Imperial motif if you bought the Imperial Edition of the game, but I don't have access to an Imperial motif at the moment to confirm.

I'm more inclined to think they'll be automatically flagging your own racial motif as being read in 1.3. Just wait til the update comes out and see what happens.
