If I understand the question correctly..health potions etc...

Have you got it properly slotted? There is a wheel of choices if you hold the default 'Q' and you need to ensure the item you want from that wheel is highlighted. Perhaps check your key bindings, may it got remapped or something.

Sometimes it bugs out for me, multiple pots off CD and won't work. 95% of the time it works though

Sorry yeah on health pots. The skill is a passive from the Alchemy tree.

I have the pot slotted and the tool tip doesn't change to reflect a longer duration and i get the same amount of ticks as i did before taking the passive.

I believe that it is a known issue. It has never worked for me.

I hear it does make them tick longer, but the net heals = same. So it is worse.

Snakeblood passive does not function at all.

I also lost 3 skillpoints on "Medicinal Use". Don't repeat my mistake!
