This is all I get after waiting in a character load screen been going on for a good 20mins plus, no descriptive msg just an error... ? any ideas Zenimax on when this "error" will be fixed.

    ok so after a reboot of my computer and a repair I can log onto my main v12 char but not any of my lowbies... again Zen Whuuuut is going on!

    so I can log onto everything but the one I want to level, and that is my level 19 Dragonknight... Zenimax a little help would be lovely.

    As you already try a repair, we would recommand to check if all the update are correctly installed on our computer.
    To do so, you can manually update your launcher. Details on how to do this can be found here.

    If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please try the following:
    • Open the game installation directory “Zenimax Online”
    • Open the folder named “Launcher”
    • Inside the “Launcher” folder, there is a folder named “ProgramData”
    • Delete the “ProgramData” folder
    • Open the launcher and download update
    • Click “Play”

    Also, if you are using any add-ons, please try to play without them to see if you still get any issue.
