Um, so you saying "let it out" is ok? And the reason is to share frustration?
Feedback and bug reports sure! Annoyed or frustrated? Sure!
But only to "let it out" to find other who agree?
Doesn't that lead to a toxic environment? Instead communicating with Zeni?
I do think you need to deliver some kind of detailed info with that frustration.

Eh I certainly wouldn't promote it cuz your right it will lead to a toxic environment, mostly just trying to be understanding as someone who has quit the game twice out of frustration and didn't really have anyone around who felt the same.

Being irrational isn't an excuse for abysmal behavior. It may be an explanation, but it isn't an excuse.
This is a written medium. That means you have the time to make sure your thoughts are in order before sending them out to the world. So put some thought into it.

I think it should be kept in mind that these are General Discussion forums, not the complaints department.
If you having issues in game, post in Customer Support.

I pay the sub because I don't own servers, or know how to code new material.
The game is broken on release (as some things clearly don't work), patches don't work, Add-ons that were left by the company to others to write (and make the game I pre-paid for playable for me and many others) become broken because the company can't be arsed to give the add-on guys writing support for the game a simple heads-up notification which would result in happier players.
And my criticism is 'incorrect' because I complain about stuff that I pay for being borked.
But because of all the stuff listed above that I can't do or have no control over, I can't criticize because I'm not able to offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism about topics that the company isn't even taking info from betatesters about during beta?
Huh.
And just to post something else:
I've played a lot of off-line FPS type games, flight sims, (no RPG games), and I'm pretty certain that the whining and complaining on the boards generall follows not leads the company actions.
No updates results in comments about no updates.
Broken updates generally results in comments about broken updates.
Delays and missed deadlines generally results in comments about delays and missed deadlines.
You get the idea.
I don't think I ever saw an instance where a company released a broken update or missed a deadline in response to and to appease the forum posters who were clamoring for broken updates and missed deadlines.

You are absolutely right.
But, it doesn't matter that you post cogently here, the forum avengers will still say you are complaining for the sake of complaining.
I hope they enjoy their game when the crickets are their only company.
