No matter which debuff I use against a templar, they still instantly heal to full health. I don't see any change in their ability to heal to full, almost instantly. Debuffing a DK also has very minimal, if any results.
Lethal arrow and incapacitating strike are the two debuffs I have tried, and have since basically ignored their listed debuff, and used them for damage only.
Because pvp is the only playstyle in the game...Thechemicals wrote: »No matter which debuff I use against a templar, they still instantly heal to full health. I don't see any change in their ability to heal to full, almost instantly. Debuffing a DK also has very minimal, if any results.

That's because Templar has debuff removal for like 200 magicka. Any Templar with skill has that skill on use, it removes everything. I was telling people months ago how awesome Templar is and now all the skills I have been using are showing up in Cyrodiil. They should have never added a heal on puncturing strikes, Templar didn't need it.
Since this was about the usefullness of "healing received debuffs on templar in PvP" non-pvp stuff is irrelevant for this discussion.Because pvp is the only playstyle in the game...Thechemicals wrote: »No matter which debuff I use against a templar, they still instantly heal to full health. They guy said they should have never added the heal on puncturing strikes. I say thats bs because it was needed alot for VR pve soloing.Since this was about the usefullness of "healing received debuffs on templar in PvP" non-pvp stuff is irrelevant for this discussion.Because pvp is the only playstyle in the game...Thechemicals wrote: »No matter which debuff I use against a templar, they still instantly heal to full health. Vet PvE is overall to hard, because they lacked a proper balanced baseline (the class abilities) to balance it against. Now they approach that balance. They guy said they should have never added the heal on puncturing strikes. ExiledKhallisi wrote: »No, really....who complains about Templars in pvp lol? Ohhhhhh, you got used to steam rolling them and now they evened up the playing field a bit. Templars are a utility/healer class with half the DPS of any other class....
But that strong point....the Utility/Heals....expect them to be harder to kill than other classes. It is what makes up for their terrible damage. There is a bet going on in reddit for gold if a templar can show proof of sustaining 700+ DPS... no one can do it.... vr1 DK or sorc and sustain 1k+ ...If you have ever played a MMO before you would know this about this type of class.
