But case in point people case in point, refer to my previous post and then back to Ice... Exhibit A.
SMH... noobs, noobs everywhere going crazy for easy kills when any good players have stopped using it since we prefer our XP to be earned legit and through skill.
Hehe no.
I'm old school, like the old vamp books and movies. Remember the one where one vamp breaks of his fingers that becomes small demons?
Vamps today however... in so many crap movies are no longer psychopaths. They are simply glittery more powerful humans in so many movies.
In this game however, you see so many cute girls running around, doing quests, helping others. Thus, they are in this game glittery cute wanna be cool vamps but lacks the balls to go for it. They do not follow the old school mo, they follow the glittery cute mo.
If you have done the Vamp quest you would never associate them with Twilight-type Vamps nor if you are familiar with the lore of Vamps throughout ES games.
Yes the more old school ones FTW... however this is much more along those lines. In lore, I prefer Werewolves to Vamps.. but I really like the lore of Vamps in Elder Scrolls. It's dark, it's not good or bad necessarily --- it can be either, both, or neither. It leaves a lot of room for interpretation however it is anything but glittery. As someone who is not usually a fan of Vamps (except for the classics and a few unique pieces) I admit they are pretty cool in Elder Scrolls. Not to mention he blood all around your lower face after feeding is a nice touch by ZOS.
I've not done the quest for vamp. I decided I wanted to hunt them down instead. Perhaps that's the only old school vampire content there is, sounds cool to do to see it all. However...
However, my point still stands.
In this game, judging from their behavior, I've only seen glittery vamps.
They are nearly all cute girls.
They think and act like human and agree with the agenda of all npc's that wants their help.
There is nothing about them that stands out in this game to those around them.

So you only approve ugly vampire dudes in game?
And what do you want us vampires to do? Instead of being helpful and do quests to level up, we should just level up by mindless mob grind, just because we should be ruthless vampires?
Its so funny! Isnt it alot like this with vampires in some movies aswell, they are full of overconfidence and hubris while people dont know how to handle and counter them? When finally the heroes get on to to them and start wiping them out they go all sour and bitter and even sometimes furious and just throws themselves into instant death, just like in cyrodil right now.
Its almost like a new song has made it into lands of cyrodil, silver bolts is the rythm, vampire death screams are the choir and broken and bitter people typing heartbreaking stories on the forum about how unfair life can be is the rap.

Have no fear guys! They now allow you to sell a motif to a vendor in an emergency patch, but a server wide slaughter of thousands of players in PVP, is not a priority.

8 pages of this, and it never happened for me. I eagerly jumped on and charged in with silver bolt magnum slayer of death. I didn't single shot anything. Even at a dolmen it was normal.
So was there a bug and I missed it or does it only affect certain folk?
ViciousWayz wrote: »IceDread, you don't know what you're talking about. The only thing glittery I see in sight in ESO, is you. You are one glittery guy. Just read your own posts, really. Also, before you start talking about what you think you know... the Vamp quest will ensure you it's no Twilight vampire. However, now your Twilight fantasies have shown their hand in this thread here and there's no denying your obsession with that. No wonder you dislike ESO vamps, you like Twilight.Carry on.
Hitting you 2 times isnt realy a 100% proc chance...
If you would have put some thought into your post you'd point out what makes me glittery, but you dont because you can't.
You have one line of vamp quests. Those might be dark or light, I've not yet tried them. But you need to try to think at least. One questline in a sea of quests where you behave like a hero most of the time and saves the damsels in distress that makes you a glittery girl.
Why are you not ok with it? You chose it, you did it, you know you're full of glitter and sparkles.
If you want me to change my view, you need to come up with some real arguments. Statistics points towards you being in total error.
Just because you want something to be something does not mean it is.

you are really obsessed with 'glittery vamps'. so what you're saying is that there can be only 2 types of vampires? either old school vampires and glittery ones? no other possible vampires that still got conscious but still need to feed on others to survive? (most of the times, it's trash mobs anyways).
vampires are make believes, they're not based on real things, so there can be all different types of vampires and it's all depends who tells/writes story.
full of glitter and sparkles, really... please screenshot of a vamp that full of glitter and sparkles and post it here please, maybe if you're lucky you could find one that shoots rainbow out of it's butt while helping an old lady across the street.
I obviously can't change your mind, since the twilight series are strongly imbedded on your brain, but you can call us sparkly vamps, and I'd call us day-walker super heroes, like Blade!
