Why does "Bound Armor" change the faces after recent patch?

I like to use the "hide helmet"-option in the game. Playing a tanky sorcerer is fun so I use "bound armor" almost always. My argonian looks very odd when this skill is active.
It was no issue before the patch.

Bound Armor off:

I would like to see this fixed.

I think you mean "Bound Armor" (the spell) not "Daedric Armor" (the crafted armor you make with the Daedric Motif).

Yes... I probably should rename it to "Bound Armor".

I was wondering that as well!

    Why the long face?:

Note the insane gleam in her eye in the last picture. I think it's a Jekyll/Hyde thing going on.
