The PVP lag after Patch 1.2.3 is Unbearable

i get around 70-100 fps .. but when i go around certain players i suspect of using hacks i drop to around 5-15 fps .. this happens in every online game ever .. instead of blaming the servers and devs look towards the player base that have hacks working .. one thing you'll notice if you are grouping with questionable people is do they skip across your screen like a scarecrow? are their heads poking out of the ground .. are they doing amazing things such as using no clip hack an climbing up walls/through walls

I was fine in Cyrodiil last night until I popped up a trebuchet. Then my FPS turned into SPF, the game graphics started bugging horribly, particle effects turned into giant beams across the landscape, weird red wedges started appearing everywhere. I wondered if my character had taken the brown acid.

Then the client crashed. I logged back in, didn't use any more siege engines, and all was good.

Could be. It happened right as I was saw a squad of enemy players ride past me to siege or keep.

Nope. I get fps drops regardless of any such things if there are > 10 ppl fighting nearby.

GEEZ! This is soo bad you should actually rollback!
I'm thinking this may be the end of ESO for me. Unplayable with the new 5 fps. I never had a problem. Usually at around 40 fps. I start PVP in Wabba at 40 fps and my first big fight brings me to 5 fps and stays there. Honestly, I'd rather you just roll back and we'll keep kicking the offline people from our groups. And its not add ons, computer, graphics, etc. It was the PATCH!

I had the patch rollback thought too. The super slow fps was a little better for me today. I had to relog every few mins yesterday. Probably just adapted a little to the bug.

I updated drivers ,pulled down settings, messed with settings..everything is fine til we meet an opposition of 10 or more enemies..then 1.2 fps

Absolutely terrible FPS for me since the patch. I haven't played a lot of Cyrodiil the last couple of nights. Logged in for the reset tonight, and everything seemed fine.

Ride my mount up over a hill, spot a medium/low end of large battle ahead, and holy friggin crap. FPS drops to 4-8. About 30 seconds of that, and my FPS is down to 1-2.

Never had problems with FPS prior to this. Entirely unplayable. Ridiculous.

This is LOL to the max now. I would relog to play but in the evening if you relog you exit cyrodiil because of the queue for the campaign I am in. So either play at shutter speed or sit in queue. It's so bad it's hilarious!

Oh if get huge slow FPS zone to Craglorn and FPS is fine. It's funny to zone and it totally fixes it. There is no settings I can find to change that.

Something is causing it, I pretty much averaged 50 FPS even in the most massive battles on Wabbajack..

Now it'll be 50, the 20, then 5 all of a sudden in a span of minutes..

First time I've gotten a chance to get into Cyrodiil since the patch and I was running around with 70+ FPS thinking "why are people on the forums complaining?" Then I got engaged in a moderate sized fight at a resource and my FPS dropped to the mid 20s. "Hrm... now I see what they're talking about. Still it's not too bad." Then I rode up on a keep siege and my FPS dropped to 5 and I thought, "Well I'm done for the night."

I had hoped that today's server maintenance was going to fix this issue, but apparently not.

Also, group icons are still as screwed up as they have been since the patch that added the leader crown.

How can you have a game out for this many months and have several days of single digit fps wildstar didn't even have these issues with their beta. Fix your server ESO or fire your crew you currently have on it cause they clearly cant.

I think the guy who said the game is using just the CPU rather than the GPU is onto something. I noticed my video card's fan does not go on when I run the game in Cyrodiil anymore.

Game is almost unplayable now. Please prioritize this fix!

Its Cyrodiil. its not our machines, its not on our end.

I was in Cyro at 3 FPS after some PvP, went to Elswyr to port out. Never closed the client. The moment I entered the Grahtwood zone my FPS jumped up to 50.

And there were farrrrr more people at Elden Root than there were at the AD spawn.

Explain.

I updated to the Nvidia beta drivers it seemed to improve the drop rate a little bit but still borderline unplayable, however the silver lining is that my PC could recover afterwards back up to around 60 on ultra when you leave the keep/zerg fight with out having to reboot/log/zone

This lag issue is weird. I did some pvp last night with my guild, and about 1/3rd of us were having lag, the rest were fine, me included. Then I went into pvp this morning, solo, and no matter where I went I had 11 fps == unplayable. My system has not even been rebooted since last night, and certainly nothing in my configuration has changed whatsoever.

Well, this one got more than 20 FPS on its laptop in PVE at nice enough looking settings, but in PVP this one is grateful to actually have 5 FPS in the lowest setting available on his Macbook Pro Retina (with fully maxed out features).
