Changes in 1.2.3 not listed in patchnotes so far:•Materials now list what level range they are used for.
Nice.
•The minimum distance for opening containers has been increased
Especially appreciated. Was an asinine change to begin with.
•All large storage containers, trunks, cabinets, etc, may also now drop white quality items to that region's level
I'm 45 years old but I think the word "retarted" would be adequate to describe this change.
•Enemy NPCs are able to CC break now, same as a player is able to. Also includes the after-effect of 3 second CC immunity.
I've noticed they break CC on a regular basis; to the point I'm debating taking Talons off my bar for pve leveling on my DK.
•Mundus Stones now give you a prompt with a detailed description of their effects before you commit to activating them.
Maybe I'm too much of a Skyrim child, but I always wondered why they did not to begin with. Nice change.
•I found a new one, and it's quite interesting... So far I have only tested it with stamina based abilities that are melee range (Twin Slashes). If you look at an enemy and use a stamina ability that is out of range, your movement speed increases to sprint speed as long as you have that target in your sights still. It lasts for 1-2 seconds and the sprint speed does not consume any stamina. I think this might be one of the best ninja changes yet. I can finally not waste stamina when sprinting at an out of range opponent as long as I keep using out of range stamina abilities on them
I've noticed this as well. Probably a bug. I also noticed that Invasion seems to get stuck on terrain a lot more.

So if you are VR and suddenly decide to start provisioning, you had better have collected things like black tea, heather, plump worms etc or you're going to have to level another character or buy them from other players.
Also, provisioning recipes now have 0 vendor value.
All Glyph of Rage was converted into Glyph of Berserker, what inreases your weapon power
But this is possibly bugged, because it increases it only by 2 at any level of glyph or rarity.
Also, tooltip of max lvl glyphs was fixed. Now it says this glyph for 10 - 12 VR, before it was 10-14 VR

Only pretty poor NB setup will do 1K damage.
At 5x normal damage, on correctly fitted NB, we are looking around 3000+ HP damage now, from stealth.
(sorry I am not going to tell you how to correctly fit your NB, I only keep info for mine).

Not sure of names, at work… but there are Boss kill "slayer/conqueror" type achieves for Vile Manse & Rulanyil's Fall, possibly others.

This is bad, I had hoped to work on provisioning after fully leveling blacksmithing, Woodcrafting and clothing.
Also Rapid Maneuver not applying to mounts anymore? Was that intended?
Mount running sounds are now distractingly quiet IMHO
And I really miss the notification sounds of attaining VR xp/ Dungeon completion etc, I don't understand why that would be removed.

These are changes that have been discovered -by the players-. ZOS didnt go and post them on the reddit forums, players did.
It's just a case of ZOS not documenting everything in their patch notes. Poor organization, nothing more. This kind of thing happens with -every- game company (and most other companies as well). A report only lists what was actually reported to whoever created the report. Numerous things get done that are never reported, and thus... dont make it into the report.
Finvir doesn't show up in Bad Man's Hollows, so that side quest is now bugged.
Edit: I checked with five or so other players present at the same time I was, and no one could see Finvir to complete the quest. Relogging didn't solve the issue, nor did completing the other quest involved with Bad Man's Hollow.
It sucks because, odds are, we can't get the achievement for beating Bad Man's Hollow, nor the trophy thingamajig from Finvir.

Did you check at the portal next to the entry point? I ask as the quest marker points to where you originally met him, but he's actually located next to the entry/exit portal when I did the quest yesterday post-patch.
