Changes in 1.2.3 not listed in patchnotes so far:
•The toggled free mouse has a new appearance.
•A bent double-sided arrow appears in the character select screen to let you know you can rotate the character.
•When a friend logs in, it now tells you what character they logged in to.
•Items which previously had the "lock symbol" for enchantments now display a quote instead: "This enchantment cannot be replaced.".
•Default prices are no longer applied when listing an item for sale in the guild store (all prices are 0 until you change them).
•One of the Jazbay Grapes provisioning item is now named Piquant Jazbay Grapes.
•Horse sounds have changed again to be more quiet.
•PvP Assault skill Rapid Maneuver no longer affects horse speed.
•Materials now list what level range they are used for.
•Staffs have a new sheathing sound.
•(unconfirmed) Nord racial changed from + armor to % damage reduction
•(unconfirmed) Negative effects to alchemy potions have their magnitude increased
•Map (M) now has a sound when you zoom in\out. Sounds like gears
•Night's Silence set replaced the 3 trait bonus. It is not 40% health regen while sneaking, it is now 220% extra sneaking movement speed.
•The Twighlight Matriarch is graphically enhanced
•The minimum distance for opening containers has been increased
•All large storage containers, trunks, cabinets, etc, may also now drop white quality items to that region's level
•Magicka Furnace 5 piece set is 15% magicka regeneration with 30 second cooldown.
•Official patch notes said the "Command Pet" option is now 'Y', but didn't mention it can be changed in keybinds -> Combat.
•Raw Jute has been made more colorful, and noticeable, as well as some orange color added to its leaves
•Enemy NPCs are able to CC break now, same as a player is able to. Also includes the after-effect of 3 second CC immunity.
•The sound that plays when you try to use a skill or dodge roll when you don't have enough magicka or stamina is much louder
•Slight edit to Achievements tab
•New sounds to the death recap screen

Mundus Stones now give you a prompt with a detailed description of their effects before you commit to activating them.

I found a new one, and it's quite interesting... So far I have only tested it with stamina based abilities that are melee range (Twin Slashes). If you look at an enemy and use a stamina ability that is out of range, your movement speed increases to sprint speed as long as you have that target in your sights still. It lasts for 1-2 seconds and the sprint speed does not consume any stamina. I think this might be one of the best ninja changes yet. I can finally not waste stamina when sprinting at an out of range opponent as long as I keep using out of range stamina abilities on them

Thanks to FatCat45 at reddit for maintaining this list.

Attention Zenimax: Stamina builds don't hold up to magicka builds, and this is causing most of your class imbalance. It makes melee weapons and bows weaker than staves and class abilities. It makes medium and heavy armor less desirable than light armor. Fix this imbalance, and you'll address most of your balance issues.

In addition to the improvements to interior lighting, largely in the form of cast light from windows, rune harvesting nodes now function as minor light sources. They cast a slight glow (color dependent on the rune's type) upon the ground corresponding to the small window containing the colored flame. As with the cast light from windows, this light is dynamic. It flickers with the animation of the flame. It also casts nearby objects and animals in the same light. I watched a bunny pass between a tree and a rune. The rune's blue light traveled over it's body as it hopped by.

FINALLY, this has been aggravating my OCD forever! lol

also I'm not a fan of the new effects in death recap, rather than just a screen with the last few attacks and some hints, it shows each hit with a noise in sequence, when you're irritated it feels like "and you screwed up here, and here, and here, and here' and then you have to wait what feels like forever for the rez-stealth to go away before you can try again.....lol maybe i'm just impatient XD

I don't think of it as making it more easy to spot. From what I saw, it seems a little more saturated and less 'bright'. The old Jute was washed out and stood out because of it. The new Jute fits in a little better with the world even though it is massive and ostentatious.

I think there might have been some changes to enchants. I was running with a guildie and his weapon enchant was Enchant of the Berzerker I believe and added 2 weapon dmg every 5 seconds. I think it was glypho of rage before which added power.

Think of jute as the tutorial for finding stuff in the starter zones. "Look at me, I am special, I can be clicked on." Makes perfect sense. The old jute was "just another flower", until you learned what it looked like. The iron ore is also a dead give-away. "Hey, that shiny, round red rock looks special, what is it?"
Mundus Stones now give you a prompt with a detailed description of their effects before you commit to activating them.

Finally! I never learn, so I always had to Google for every effect first.

They didn't give them any information. Someone on Reddit compiled the list on his/her own.

Why does this information have to be found outside of Zenimax patch notes?

I'm grateful for the information but disappointed that patch notes still lack transparency regarding changes to ESO.

If anything needed more obvious model, it was flax, not jute.

Also, giving PvE mobs CC-break+immunity just made VR even more impossible than ever before. Not to mention everything else as well. I really don't know how archers will cope with that, since their damage is too low to kill a single target if they CC break out of Bombard and become root-immune for several seconds..

    this is madness..

For some reason I could just make out Flax against the environment. Seems to blend in good but still be noticeable.

The bonus on sneaking speed from Night's Silence set appears not to be working. On my character (which is not a vampire) sneaking speed was exactly the same with and without the set. The 5% Weapon Crit bonus appears to be working though :)

Only pretty poor NB setup will do 1K damage.

At 5x normal damage, on correctly fitted NB, we are looking around 3000+ HP damage now, from stealth.

(sorry I am not going to tell you how to correctly fit your NB, I only keep info for mine).

    @Victus‌

You could never quick slot it before, which was a shame because it was pretty useful as a beacon. I know because I've been playing DC since it was first added to the PTS in beta. Other trophies could, and some in fact needed to be slotted to use them. I noticed you could finally do it when 1.2 came on the PTS. Tested it before and after the patch going live. It's new to 1.2.

    Easy.

184+ Spell Power. (184 is V8 character Cap)
    2300+ Magicka
    Level 50 character
    Ambush IV.

Hits for around ~497 something normally.

With 5x is around 2484 hp damage. Add few trait sets in the mixture, spell penetration Mundus with a good 22% bonus from 5 blue items (5.5% each) and you are in a good road.

Using 7/7 light armour, you guarantee it.

Usually Ambush in Cyrodiil up to before patch, was doing around 1600 hp with someone who was wearing 7/7 MA

yeah they changed it, just that I cant see any difference in speed while sneaking tho, so it cant really be working. No difference in speed being naked or with the armor set on.

Edit: didnt see it was already typed, sorry. I confirm it aint working aswell.
