    These are changes that have been discovered -by the players-. ZOS didnt go and post them on the reddit forums, players did.

    It's just a case of ZOS not documenting everything in their patch notes. Poor organization, nothing more. This kind of thing happens with -every- game company (and most other companies as well). A report only lists what was actually reported to whoever created the report. Numerous things get done that are never reported, and thus... dont make it into the report.

    I'm 45 years old but I think the word "retarted" would be adequate to describe this change.

If you look at an enemy and use a stamina ability that is out of range, your movement speed increases to sprint speed as long as you have that target in your sights still. It lasts for 1-2 seconds and the sprint speed does not consume any stamina. I think this might be one of the best ninja changes yet. I can finally not waste stamina when sprinting at an out of range opponent as long as I keep using out of range stamina abilities on them
    I've noticed this as well. Probably a bug. I also noticed that Invasion seems to get stuck on terrain a lot more.

    They also sneaked in improved phasing.

    Maybe people wouldnt believe it if they posted that, but 5-6 hours, grouping with 3 people, different quests, including phasing and we had no problems.

    All Glyph of Rage was converted into Glyph of Berserker, what inreases your weapon power
    But this is possibly bugged, because it increases it only by 2 at any level of glyph or rarity.

    Also, tooltip of max lvl glyphs was fixed. Now it says this glyph for 10 - 12 VR, before it was 10-14 VR

    I didn't read the entire thread, but one thing I noticed is the Runes are more colorful in world.

    Potency Runes glow blue/purple
    Aspect Runes Glow Red
    Essence Runes glow yellow

    Only pretty poor NB setup will do 1K damage.

    He's using Ambush, it's the un-morphed version of the ability. He's probably lower level than you.

    Anyone put down the additional Public Dungeon Achieves?

    Not sure of names, at work… but there are Boss kill "slayer/conqueror" type achieves for Vile Manse & Rulanyil's Fall, possibly others.

    I think there always were those achievements.

    They've also changed the amount of characters you can delete. You're now restricted to 3. Kinda annoying to bring it in out of no where, if I'd known I'd have cleared mine beforehand.

    I suppose it's not that surprising that the same company which relies on mod authors to complete their unfinished UI, would rely on other social communities to complete their patch notes for them...

    Fortunately no, Rapid maneuver is still meant to affect your horse and this has been acknowledged in the known issues thread. Pretty sure the missing notifications are on the list too along with the recipes.

    I don't think they've stated a fix date yet except for the recipes bug but they seem pretty good about patching "oopses" following major content so hopefully not long!

    Finvir doesn't show up in Bad Man's Hollows, so that side quest is now bugged.

    Edit: I checked with five or so other players present at the same time I was, and no one could see Finvir to complete the quest. Relogging didn't solve the issue, nor did completing the other quest involved with Bad Man's Hollow.

    It sucks because, odds are, we can't get the achievement for beating Bad Man's Hollow, nor the trophy thingamajig from Finvir.

    Lmao I am sure that these changes were unintended side affects of just terrible developers, but doing these things on purpose and then failing to put them in the patch notes is pretty terrible as well.

    I am still trying to figure out which one is worse...I cant believe they would leave so much out so I am guessing their team of developers and QA is really that terrible.

    Did you check at the portal next to the entry point? I ask as the quest marker points to where you originally met him, but he's actually located next to the entry/exit portal when I did the quest yesterday post-patch.

    I did just that after a bunch of players got together and discussed it in a "/say" session, since none of us could see Finvir at the quest marker point. We all went back to the where the quest originated and, yes, he was at that point.

    It begs the question, though: Why would the quest marker appear over an empty space? Unless Finvir originally was there, but a patch returned him to another portion of the cave system?
