As I have posted in another thread....
My main is a vamp. I will allow anyone using Silver Bolts to basically one shot me so long as two concessions are met:
1. No other vamps can use Silver Bolts. Werewolves can because that can be an added perk for them. WW's have it hard enough in Cyrodil as it is.
2. If/when I feed upon you - YOU become a vampire. Then all of my Silver Bolt spamming friends can one shot you as well. You can cure vampirism the same way I can, however. Leave the campaign, as I must do, and have it cured by a npc.
Deal?

... im a WW Templar by the way. xD
It is more like killing vampires and ww's not PvP. There should be these things in the game so people play the real classes. Why have it where only vampires rule the pvp grounds. That is very over powered and I really couldn't care less if they removed vampires and ww's from the game totally. Silver bolt should be a 1 shot death. Or on the other hand maybe they should make it that vampire skills and www only have a 5% chance of their abilities to work when activated. That's killing PVP. They've just applied a hotfix for adding guards. This kind of issue should be treated with the same level of priority !

i only wanted to play the pvp to begin with and pvp in this game is a joke.
if you want to get ANY exp out of it you nned to group, and group in cyrodiil means "mega death ball where everyone spams x"
Well i dont want to follow an arrow on my screen, while pressing x so ive tried small groups and just solo playing but that wont get me anywhere, no exp and im falling more and more behind sice zenimax think its a bright idea to adjust the level cap every 4 weeks.
I got some exp from the daily kill quest, but those days are over as well. Now you have to kill 20 of a certain kind to finish it.
I guess the zenimax goal here must be a mega mega mega ultra death ball where every person is in the same group/raid.
Silverbolt was just the last straw for me.
Zenimax: You should reward players that actually accomplish something in Cyrodiil all by themself, but it seeems all you want to to is to destroy any kind of solo play.
Job well done i guess

I am glad ZOS finally implemented one of my suggestions, even if they went overboard. While 3000 damage in one shot may be a bit excessive, 800-1000 per shot with an instant knockdown along with a 5% (or even 10%) chance of an instant death seems reasonable. We are talking about silver and vampires, after all.

Most of the people that decided to keep Vamp that I know of, are really good players and know how to make it work. If you take away that main point... really good players, they won't last long since Vamp can be good or bad equally, and it all boils down to the player... just as it does with Non-Vamp.
Noobs finally get easier kills and they are holding onto it for dear life.. lmfao... it's not working as intended and I refuse to use Silver Bolts until it's actually fixed... you'd have to be very lame and desperate to want basically cheatingly glitched XP.

But case in point people case in point, refer to my previous post and then back to Ice... Exhibit A.
SMH... noobs, noobs everywhere going crazy for easy kills when any good players have stopped using it since we prefer our XP to be earned legit and through skill.

Hehe no.
I'm old school, like the old vamp books and movies. Remember the one where one vamp breaks of his fingers that becomes small demons?
Vamps today however... in so many crap movies are no longer psychopaths. They are simply glittery more powerful humans in so many movies.
In this game however, you see so many cute girls running around, doing quests, helping others. Thus, they are in this game glittery cute wanna be cool vamps but lacks the balls to go for it. They do not follow the old school mo, they follow the glittery cute mo.

If you have done the Vamp quest you would never associate them with Twilight-type Vamps nor if you are familiar with the lore of Vamps throughout ES games.
Yes the more old school ones FTW... however this is much more along those lines. In lore, I prefer Werewolves to Vamps.. but I really like the lore of Vamps in Elder Scrolls. It's dark, it's not good or bad necessarily --- it can be either, both, or neither. It leaves a lot of room for interpretation however it is anything but glittery. As someone who is not usually a fan of Vamps (except for the classics and a few unique pieces) I admit they are pretty cool in Elder Scrolls. Not to mention he blood all around your lower face after feeding is a nice touch by ZOS.
However, my point still stands.
In this game, judging from their behavior, I've only seen glittery vamps.
They are nearly all cute girls.
They think and act like human and agree with the agenda of all npc's that wants their help.
There is nothing about them that stands out in this game to those around them.
