Orc Racial Passive - Swift

In the recent small set of patch notes that was missed in v1.2.3, there was this..

Swift: This Orc passive now also causes charge attacks to deal 2% (Rank I) 4% (Rank II) and 6% (Rank III) more damage.

So my only question is.. what the furk is a charge attack?

Probably meant to say heavy attack. Who knows at this point.

I think its exactly what it says not heavy attacks. 1h+S charge and 2hand charge.

I am just not understanding why they would introduce the new term "charge attack" in this tooltip and not shine more light on the matter.

I really want a believe it is heavy attacks, and not gap closing abilities. If it is indeed charge type skills, I would like to know every which once that it applies to, just the ones with "charge" in the name? or is something like Take Flight a charge ability.

This needs clarification.
