MMB no longer working after last patch

I was using the MMB (middle mouse button) to use my Ultimate skill in battle for its ease of access, but after the last patch it no longer functions in-game. I can't even reassign the MMB to another control. I remember sending a report about this on the PTS before the patch went live, but I never got a response.

I have no other control bound to the MMB. By default, that's the Mouse Freelook control, but that was unbound when I set it to the Ultimate skill.0 -

Adryssa_Joneley✭✭✭Ok... im not sure if this is somewhat related or not but i have assigned my auto-run to MB4 and i often get stuck on auto run and my toon won't stop running, no matter how many times i re-press MB4. Also pressing S, or hitting Esc won't make my toon stop running. So i am not sure if its due to a bug that makes anything assigned to your mouse buttons malfunction or not, but i thought i would put it out there just in case. Its something that i feel needs addressing.0 -
o_0✭✭✭✭My MMB is working fine though i'm just using a Microsoft mouse. Bound it to autorun after the lastest patch.
I know that doesn't help the thread but it may help determine if a model or brand is the cause.1 -

✭The logitech driver have some problems with ESO. In my case so bad that I removed it completely, bought a ROG mouse and now use the ASUS driver and have had no problems since then.0 -

Since yesterday's patch I am also experiencing an issue with autorun becoming "stuck" and very difficult to stop auto-running. In my case, I have autorun bound to the pause key of my keyboard and I have assigned pause to button15 of my Corsair Vengeance M95 mouse.
Usually the autorun issue begins when I try to view my map or inventory while autorunning. Again, this issue began only after this patch.
Am a whimsical Generation Jones gamer. Online RPGs hooked me since '94 and no sign of stopping soon...1 -

Sonic260✭✭I'm on a Mac with Bootcamp and I tried running the game on my Windows partition. The MMB works fine with the same mouse on the Windows version of the game, but is completely nonoperational for the Mac version of the game.

Corew✭✭✭Mac, fixed it by installing Steermouse and binding the keys directly through that. Haven't got around to se if I have the same issue on my PC yet.0 -
PC/logitech G600 and to be more detailed, my mmb is bound to quickslot. It opens the quickslot wheel ok, but I am unable to select anything in the wheel. It will also fire off the quickslot action. I did a 2nd bind to another button, g20, and that one is able to select items from the wheel.0
