I like sneaking into places, and tried to get into the AD starter zone. It never occurred to me this may be an exploit as I expected to be slaughtered, but I just wanted to see it. I did jumping jacks and shot a ballista at the walls (which as I suspected I couldn't harm) until some poor newbie came out with a bow and I figured after I killed him he'd come back and snipe at me from the walls and I could use him to teleport up there... and then get killed by the guards.

As it turns out, I just got teleported back to my own starter area (I, too, am DC).

Notably, I aside from the fact that I think people shouldn't be doing this (and I don't know how they're doing this) it strikes me as counterintuitive that people can get wayshrine ties to ones used only by enemies (couldn't the programmers have simply flagged it with an Alliance tag function) and I'm really, really stunned that all those enemy NPCs in there are apparently non-aggressive (even stablemasters are terrifyingly savage in enemy areas!).

Yet, despite the fact that it should obviously be fixed ASAP the same thing happened to DC tonight - EP players set up a forward camp and got Wayshrine ties and came over to play. It was really, really fun and it saved us all a whole lot of time running around looking for each other or provoking reinforcements to show up to some Lumberyard. My group tossed runes, caltrops and even (hilariously) the dungeon trophy "bear trap" in front of the Wayshrine and the odd thing is the other DC people coming and going for the most part paid no attention whatsoever to the 7 or so people with traps everywhere, crouched in stealth, all facing the Wayshrine like Molag Bal himself was about to come out of it.

In a way, players managed to make their own arena/small group duel content that they (not I) have been up in arms about.

I, myself, just want want to get into Bravil like the guy who posted on the forums about logging in and mysteriously was in that otherwise-inaccessible town, and would definitely pull whatever trick the exploiters are using to get in there if I knew how. I've gotten "off the map" but always simply through endlessly trying to climb or swim where someone forgot to put a barrier.
