Not getting xp from quests

strefilb14_ESO
I'm v11, and noticed after handing in a few quests this morning that I'm not getting any xp for them at all. The actual XP number on my xp bar does not change. I get credit for killing mobs, but not one *** thing for turning in quests.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Well five levels of stuff just rolled across my screen non stop. Then the XP and notifications stopped again. I guess I will get another flood in a bit when the game decides it is time to give it to me. Something is seriously messed up.

I just leveled to V5 a short while ago, so I can confirm that xp gains are still taking place even without the lovely progress bar popping up in the corner. (At least I hope that there are no actual xp issues going on besides the display thing.) It's still an irritating thing to have go missing suddenly. Oh, and I had to log out and back in to see my new level on my char sheet, which did make me panic more than a bit, haha. I remember when i used to look forward to patches to see fixes/updates, and now I just log in after updating the client with a sense of unease to see what new things have been broken, heh. I randomly drop to <10 fps after being logged in after about 20 min, and have to quit and restart to fix that, so that's new.

Yes I've had this as well on V7. It looks like the XP gain is still happening under the hood but the UI only seems to update when you perform some form of "zoning" action (ie use a wayshrine, enter\exit a building etc...); that must force the UI to update. I haven't actually tried \reloadui so don't know if that also will force the UI to update.

I'm also not sure if a level-up will occur without doing one of the above either as I'm still some way from V8.

Edit: I've raised an in-game ticket with CS about this so hopefully will get a chance to talk to them tomorrow in case the issue doesn't get acknowledged by a green post here.

Edit2: Just received following email from CS. Seems they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix but hopefully the above workarounds will work in the meantime.
Please accept our apologies for this VP issue! It seems to be a UI bug at the moment. I suggest you try the following:
Typing /reloadui into the chat window.
Logging out and logging back in.
Switch characters and then switch back.
If all else fails, a soft reset should do the trick. Exit the game and launcher completely for at least 15 minutes. This will cause the character instance information to reset and allow the game to run properly.
If you have not done so already, please report this from within game using the /bug command.

Just also wanted to say thanks to CS for the quick response.
