@ZOS_GinaBruno I'm on EU so I have still to test it, however there were two issues. The one was there since launch (appreciate the fix!) the other was introduced by the Craglorn patch (or one close to it) - as described here. We've since found the magic number to be 16, any more than that any members rapidly start desyncing (even a group of 2 will eventually desync members) - we've got a PvP event tonight so I'll report back with any findings about large group instability. I have a hunch that this is what the OP was experiencing.

✭It is fixed. At least on the US.
Logouts, inviting new people, even into raids, no lag at all.
Though of course there's the massive pvp lag now though.
Good that they fixed this, but they broke a lot of stuff in it's place.☠ Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured? ☠
