My experience is that the betas were more stable.I mean, for many people, the game stills being in beta. I agree because many of the bugs and problems the game had in beta times, continue existing.
So, do you feel you still betatesting the game? With the difference that now you pay for it?
- care to explain at all? why you don't feel like one? so far everyone up till here has given valid reasons for their view and all you have said is "nope i don't feel like one"IrishGirlGamer wrote: »Nope. Thank you so much for asking.
Ironically, I've played games that felt like I was a beta tester - and I mean a real beta tester, not "this game isn't playing the way I want." But really not had that experience here.
Humm, it would appear that you have little experience in MMO's if you feel like a beta tester at this point in time. Here is a game that offers more content, a greater battlefield for PVP and dungeons galore. It provides this in a fairly seamless manner, with little if any lag issues that plague games that have been out much longer than ESO. How many games are out there right now that can simultaneously have over 1500 players in a battlefield at the same time? Only one that I know of ESO. Certainly there are going to be bugs! You can beta and alpha test with a million people and bugs will still occur. It is the nature of programming a game on such a large scale. For those who believe the developers are new to MMO's, please consider the Developer pool is not as large as you imagine. Developers move from house to house when the project is done on a frequent basis. The developers of ESO have had a lot of experience developing online games, if you doubt this please do a little research on the developer team! Many have been designing and producing games since well before Everquest, and that's a long time!
Will bugs develop in future updates, yes it will happen. WoW took over a year to reach a point were there minimal bugs, I know I was there from the release. Will there be adjustments to skills and characters, yes! The developers will continue to try and make all the classes as equal on the field as they can. This comes from the game experiences and feedback of millions of players. You cannot beta or alpha test that, as much as you would like.
So, sit back, take a deep breath, log in when the servers come back up and enjoy the best MMO on the market today or in the near future!

Talk about exaggerating something way over the top, this game is much better than some people will give it credit for. The map itself is huge and looks beautiful. There are quests and enemies everywhere, and the combat system has very nice animation, and people pretend like this game is some amature product. Amazing. I think most of you have no clue how video games are made. These over exaggeration temper tantrums are pretty sad.
The world building is superb, yes, I consider ESO to be the most beautiful game I play, on-line or off-line, it's a pity the quest script writers weren't as talented and skillful in their field as the world builders were in theirs, if they had been we'd not be three months down the road and still seeing fixes for game-breaking and progress-blocking quest bugs being released and others still in the 'to do' list.Talk about exaggerating something way over the top, this game is much better than some people will give it credit for. Can't you see that thanks to answers like yours, the game stills in beta? Many people cancelling subs, and many of same bugs from beta, stills here? If you say everything is perfect, the game will de doomed. It is you who is exaggerating by saying this game is perfect as it is now.

That hasn't been the case at all, the latest 'content update' patch has tons of fixed to the new content ZOS added in the first 'content update' to please their friends in Entropy Rising, who were the only sort of players Trials and the new dungeon are able to play.SexyVette07 wrote: »Ive been saying since well before launch that they needed at LEAST a good, solid month of absolutely nothing but fixing bugs. You may be happy to meekly accept three months into the game there are still game-breaking and progress-blocking bugs which were identified before launch without complaining, others aren't.First of all, NO! I do not feel like a beta tester.
Second, Show me the bug free game out there, especial a new released one.
Third, When a provider releases a bug free software, none of us reading this are still on this earth.

This game have some issues yes, but I have fun every day making new friends every day and the game has a lot of potential so I will gladly pay, and even more then they ask for.
