Large FPS drop since patch 1.2.3

My FPS in cyrodiil has dropped from 50-60 in big keep battles, to about 10-30 since this patch hit live

I am also encountering an average FPS of 40 around cyrodiil now, rather than the usual 80 when no combat is going on.

Agree. Last night I was running the game on high graphics settings in Cyrodiil fine. Tonight I've bumped my settings down to Medium and I can barely get 20 just standing in a keep with no action around. I'm not sure if it is limited to Cyrodiil though. When I first logged in I was in Daggerfall and when I'd turn my camera quickly everything would get blurry or kind of like I was pushing a wave through the picture. Maybe related to the enhanced lighting?

I'm experiencing the same issues.

Edit: A relog seemed to fix this but then Wabba NA kicked everyone.

Same for me. The game was smooth before and now I drop below 20 fps and there weren't even that many players around. They need to fix this.

I wonder if it's to do with the lighting changes in this patch? I haven't tried Cyrodil yet mind you.

whatever it is, it has screwed up my playing experiences tremendously.
