Is billing "feature" has been fixed? Can I subscribe normally?

Quited the game for some time now because of this, planning to get back in the game. But is this problem has been fixed? As I remember, it was impossible to subscribe without the sum of x2 the amount of subscription fee on the visa/master card(in my case debit visa card).

Yoshie✭Mine was broken for a while too but I would def suggest game time cards as well as the monthly but seeing as though some billing cycles are different all I can do at this time is Game Time Cards.0
