my snipe should take out atleast 60 - 65% of some ones health! and i should be at a Great distance in order to do it. so its not over powered and unfair. AND it should knock you down for atleast 4 seconds, at that point i should be able to swoop in and take you out with my daggers as we would then be face to face making us bow and dagger users equal to the dragonights and sorcerers.
