I cant send mails, Trade with others, use guildbanks/shops and when I write a message people can only read it if its a guild chat. Already tried reinstalling, repairing, /reloadui.
The bug works for over a day already.
Support told me they will redirect it, but I didnt got any more information.

There is a server-based "Mute" function and it sounds like you have been muted. It's not a bug exactly, so you'll have to talk to Customer Service to have the mute rescinded.
If you post your support ticket number here one of the mods may help get a response to you faster from Customer Service, but the rules of the forum prohibit talking about disciplinary actions so your only recourse for now to get it cleared up is to wait to talk Customer Service.He will bring life to the dead, hope to the living, and for him the Gate will open.
