Does EP & AD have a pet available as a quest reward? If not, why not?

From what I've seen on the forums there is a Toy Spider given as a quest reward in the DC Razak's Wheel Group Challenge. Are there any pet rewards for the other alliance areas?

But veteran quest is bugged and didn't gives pet as reward and this wonder-support ignoring me and didn't send pet to me!

Aluluei✭✭✭I've googled "ESO trophies rewards" and didn't find any mention of pets other than Razak's Opus.
The only thing close to being a pet is a falcon whose origin I can't recall. However it doesn't follow me around -- on activation it just flies away, which is pretty but not very domesticated.
