Weird thing is going on now i cant play

In Eso, I have been having this weird problem. Everything is grey... Everything except for the hud. When I press play on my character it's loading right, then Everything is gray again and this time I dont see my HUD. I just started, so I'm in the Wailing Prison. All i see is gray and the only thing i can really see are flames, crystals, and The Prophet. This is a weird problem and I really want to start my adventure! There are pictures here and you'll see what I mean.
