Crashes login issues and low fps

Last 2 weeks im having issues with starting up the game it crashes all the time when you see the zenimax logo and others appear on screen it also crashes sometimes when i try to fill in my password when it doesnt i usually get errors with logging in also when i do get online my fps avarage is around 22 fps it plays smooth like no fps lag but it seems so low i got everything up to date was getting like 35 on avg before all this any help would be appreciated

Brabok✭✭✭It would really help if you mentioned what hardware you are using.
if you follow the steps outlined here and attach the resulting file it should be easier to see where the problem might be.
(the guys from tech support would ask you for the game consultant report anyways)

First thing i notice is this : DxDiag Previously: Crashed in DirectShow (stage 1).
So theres an obvious problem unrelated to the game
Try downloading and installing microsoft's DirectX SDK to make sure all the dx files are in order.
you can find it here
Second thing i can see is you have COMODO.
This has been known to cause problems too.
try disabling it to see if the problem goes away.
if all you do is run the game online it shouldnt hurt to be without security for a few minutes.
If it works you might want to either make sure the things doesnt block the game from running or maybe look for another security platform.
aside from that it looks like a nice setup.

T3hOwnage69✭✭i removed comodo now and installed avast should be a better choice i think downloaded the directx sdk aswell but i have no clue how it works

Brabok✭✭✭all you have to do is install the sdk pack.
it does have some other things for development but that wouldn't be of interest to you. it's mainly to make sure all the directx files are present and in order.
does the problem persist now or is it cured? thats the main thing here
