man i never thought this post would get this many responses. to set the record right. I never said anything about ws being better then eso. I was trying to point out was that they do more to interact with the players then eso. If the people of eso put a little effort into doing things like this. then it would go a long way to the relationship between the player and the company. and just like them all it would take is just one hour a week. is that to much to do?0 -

epoling✭✭✭✭Honest feedback then on communications. Either stop using Reddit or make big pointers on the ESO home pages to it. I didn't know Reddit did anything with games until I started reading these boards. None of my gaming friends that I have talked to about the subject have ever been to Reddit. Hardcore types seem to be all over it, but the typical MMO player might go to the home page looking for news and then the forums. Without big splashy links most of us have no idea that we should be looking at other sites. Every time ZOS does a thing on Reddit or whatever, either copy it over to the main site or put a big "Read Me Here" link, please and thank you.0 -

✭I am impressed by how calm the ZOS mods and devs have been under so many attacks and accusations.
They have made an excellent game and it is improving every day.
Let's remember these are people with a passion for games/game-building that far exceeds most of us. Keep it civil people. And remember their jobs don't pay them enough to take all your dogging.
The vast majority of these mods and devs care about ESO in ways we never will understand and appreciate.

✭EVE Online has by far the best Dev/Player interaction of any MMO ever. They even have a player council (voted for by the players) that get invited to the company HQ a couple of times a year to discuss the game, improvements and the way forward !
Not to mention the annual party in Iceland where they have a massive EVE expo and all the Devs/Employees mingle with players (even go out to pubs, clubs, restaurants) each day with the players.
CCP (EVEs makers) also hold special weekend events around the globe where Devs meet the players to discuss the game, play EVE (with the players) and get feedback.
