I'm sure that I'm not the only person to experience this but from day one of my playing this game. Which it's been going on two months now, I've had a problem which occurs roughly every ten minutes or less. Constantly I'm having to hit /reloadui because for some reason or another, on anything and everything keys are going "stale". For example, if I'm talking to a vendor and I buy something, sometimes I'll just hit escape to exit the menu because it's a force of habit. Nothing happens. The menu doesn't close. I have to hit the (default) I key to close it. Then when the menu closes, and I try to hit escape to open the escape menu, nothing happens, like the key doesn't work or it's not bound. Or say I'm trying to empty my bag and dropping or deleting items. They'll just turn grey and become "locked", and nothing can be done about it until I again, /reloadui. It's happened talking to npcs for quests and such. I'll talk to them and one of the options I have to hit won't "click". It just does nothing until yet another /reloadui. It's beginning to get incredibly frustrating having to do that every couple minutes. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and repaired my game to no avail. I really hope someone has some insight on how this might be fixed or when it might be fixed.
