Spider Pet in Razak's wheel

I finally made it round to Razak's wheel picked up the 2 quests and then went through the place with another guy at the same time as a couple of other groups so it was busy.

All the way through to the middle, made the cog, slotted it etc but no spider pet.

Came out examined the wreckage of a spider sorted the major out but still no pet. All the way out and finished off, no quest stubs in journal, and still no spider.

I whispered the guy who came through with me and he didn't get one either. What did we miss?

PS I posted here as looking on the web there seems to be a lot of folk reporting it

    The quest is bugged. Send a /help ticket explaining that you did not receive your spider pet for the Razak's Opus quest. Someone from customer service will contact you via email to confirm your account - once that's done they'll mail your spider to you.

    I reported this via /bug as well, but have still to receive my spidey pet. Maybe it's lost in the mail ;).
    We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    I didn't get it either when I cleared it, however submitting a ticket they sent it to me fairly quick.

    The /help function will submit a ticket directly to our Support Team so that they can give you a hand. Tickets submitted using /bug will help our Dev Team investigate the underlying issue. We do appreciate your bug report, though!
