Skill Respec Shrines & usage:
From my experiences in the Beta, and in the Live client, I have noted that Many players ask some variation of the following:
"I've bought a skill that I don't like, how / when can I respec?"
None of them have liked the idea that they would need to get to level 15-20, then pay a massive fee (for the level), for an early "skill exploration" mistake.
Possible Solution:

- Put Respec Shrines in Davon's Watch, Vulkel Guard, and Daggerfall.
- Make the map pin for Respec Shrines Gold, so it stands out.
- Allow players to remove skill points individually, rather than the current "all-or-nothing" setup.
- Change the Respec costs per point so they scale with level, starting at 100g @ 3rd level, then scaling (potentially) phenomenally higher at higher levels.

Jaxom✭✭✭✭I feel like if they added a shrine where you can change out morphs only, that would save most people a ton of gold. At this point for me, it's not about respeccing completely, it's about changing 3-4 morphs (If that) due to broken abilites, or uselessness in practice. I dont want to spend 27k to respec my 260 skill points to swap out one morph because the tooltip is vague or the skill is just plain broken.5 -

Fast changes that could be done rather easily with minimal UI changes:
For Skill:- Full Respec (current respec)
- Morph Respec (Refunds all skill points to morphed abilities and puts them at state ready to be morphed)
- Line Respec (Refunds all skill points spent in a particular skill line)
For Character:- Full Respec (current respec)
- Attribute Respec (refund points spent in selected attribute and set points spent in that attribute to 0)

✭ya, respec seems to be too expensive. ALthough, I don't know, maybe I will have a lot of gold at vr12, but now, at vr5, I respecced and that took all my money.
For sure, it's not good, that we reset ALL the points. That should be changed.1 -

Yeah they need to have a single respec shrine, I've spent a lot of gold on respecing all my skills for just 1 or 2 skills. I use about 2 skills that have morphs which 1 is good for pve and the other morph for pvp, so stupid me respecing just for these.Patch 1.2.3 nerfed the game....

✭I feel that respeccing should have options to respec certain skills only, because with so many skill points in play it gets really pricy especially if the motivation is to just switch around a few things. Also, it can get painful to try and remember all that you had specced in the first place and if you go for a slightly different build you might forget something critical or do a morph you didn't use before and don't like.
For example, let's say I make an Alchemy alt. Alchemy takes up a lot of skill points but it is relatively easy to level up. I get the alt character to a certain level and certain number of skill points and I put those skill points in Alchemy to maximize the benefits. Now on my main which also has full Alchemy, I'd want to clear just the Alchemy skill and leave everything else alone. My previous respec was partially to clear Provisioning and leave everything else alone. This should be an option.
Otherwise I'd have to mark down which morphs I did, what skills I chose, what order I put them on my bar (which that is fairly easy since I would notice a difference immediately in combat) and so on. If I could just reset Alchemy, I wouldn't have to bother changing anything else. It would be much more convenient and considerably cheaper as well.I simp for vampire lords and Glemyos Wildhorn1 -

Not to mention the all-or-nothing respec when in the VR levels is very timeconsuming.

✭Honestly, players should be able to invest in both morphs so that we can switch them out as we see fit. Caveat being a simple popup saying you can only have one morph on a hotbar at a time.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.3 -

You can always undo your last 2 skill points spent.
So want to test a morph to see if it remotely works like the descript says (many do not atm): No problem.
Get the morph, try it out. Change it for free.
But if you keep that morph, and spend 2 more skill points, it's then locked in.
