Presentation of Patch Notes (started with 1.1.5) Changed OR Bug?

I can no longer go directly to Patch Notes starting with the 1.1.5 Notes from the ESO Launch Window. Instead it takes me to links (for the 3 different languages) that then take me to the Patch Notes.

Was this bugged somehow or deliberate to stop commenting on Patch Notes? It doesn't bother me either way...it just looks messy. You (ZOS) really need to separate the different languages out. There are board improvements to look forward too.

[Did I say 'board'? As in 'bulletin board'? Oh dear.]

Are in-game Mails of this sort of concern to ZOS? I have so far been reporting all of them as spam but this one is a repeat. I have been receiving these off and on since play started ~ 2 months ago. Sorry to post this here but I just figured out how to embed a picture directly I think--no more PhotoBucket.

Personally I report them if they are new (less than an hour old) by clicking on 'report user' (the F1 key takes me to help instead), and I just delete them if they are older than that.

I think it is possible to block the userIDs from mailing you as well, but I never bother (rarely get repeats from the same person).

Most likely he posted a reply, then changed his mind and deleted it (note the 'edited').
