"To Firsthold" Quest - Cannot Complete

This quest in Auridon "To Firsthold" is one of the ones that leads you to a new hub, unfortunately I approached Firsthold from the opposite side and completed the quest hub before turning in this quest.
Now I am left with a quest marker to an NPC that has disappeared and does not show no matter how long I leave it or however many times I relog.
It is not a huge issue, there are plenty of other quests in the zone to get the questing achievement, but the completionist/miser in me is loathe to abandon it.
Just thought you ought to know.

✭Sounds like another phase fail. I've suffered a couple of these where the developer who scripted the quest totally failed to take into account the effects of phasing.
Sadly the script writers seem to have ignored the "just strike off in a direction to see what's there" advice on one of the loading screens .. you do that and end up where you are now.Edited by fromtesonlineb16_ESO on June 18, 2014 6:27AM0 -

In any event, I have the exact same problem and I tried restarting the quest but I couldn't find the quest giver after abandoning it. I contacted customer support about this and they said it wouldn't really matter since it's just a quest to lead us to the next city, and they couldn't set it to 'complete' for me. For the benefit of those who have the same problem (:0
