Still getting random loading screens in zones ... since the craglorn update
I've sent 3 tickets for now about how I get random loading screens in zones (from 5 to 30 sec or even more), while I walk, while I ride my horse, while I do basically nothing ... It made me quit the game for 2 weeks, I went back to it a few days ago and it's still the same.
I haven't got any response from customer service (though I sent it to the french one, maybe they don't know anything about future fixes).
I'm writing here cause I know the english customer service is far more active than the other european ones. So, could you tell me if Zenimax acknowledged this problem.
I know I've got the minimum specs to run Elder Scrolls Online (I don't even talk about how my framerate goes from 25 to 15 and even 10 pretty often, and it's automatic in combats), but this is just unbearable.
Please fix those random loading screens popping with no reason. Also, if anyone got the same problem, join the topic, it would be nice.

✭I thought the whole idea of the 'mega-server' was that this sort of congestion couldn't be a problem as your load-balancing into layers ensured there shouldn't BE congestion!1 -

They call it a mega server...but what makes it mega? maybe the game is actually many servers all sown together? so maybe they don't mean the mega server, but that one server you happened to be on, inside the mega server

Thanks for the answer, I hope you (ZOS I mean) fix this in the next big patch, it's a huge issue.0 -
GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭It's caused by the hack they put in to stop people falling through the world or getting stuck in stairs (world geometry not loading). 'Only' impacts some players (not me as an example). The patch notes indicate it's a client side load issue, not a server issue.0 -
