Unplayable since patch

Pre patch, only happened in cyrodil. Post patch, every 5 minutes in pve maps, i get a freeze, a kick from unknown error and then 15 minutes of not letting me log back in and just spitting out unknown error all the time. Anyone else had this post patch?

Turn off ESOHEAD addon, and all addons, which are related to ESOHEAD or use anything from esohead. After this it was OK for me.

Like the previous poster says. After a patch and you have problems the very first thing you should try is disabling all addons. If the problems still happen the try a repair. If the problems went away re-enabled them one by one until you have issues again. Then you know which is borked. Personally I have 6 addons. I've tried to keep it low and I check for updates every week

I use no addons whatsoever and I have the same issue. Game is unplayable for me at the moment.

Look in your root ESO directory; not the one in your Documents folder.

There's an error log there. If you can, paste the most recent one here.

Same here..i have had this problem since 1.1.2 though..it can work fine one day,then it totally unplayable foe several days..and this goes on and on..

i turned off eso head, did nothing, i repaired and that seemed to work for an hour or two and then i joined a group of 15+ and more then half experienced lag spikes and immediate kicks (me included) and now when i log back in solo, its the same. I dont wanna have to repair everytime i join a group..

The mass group disconnect bug is known, server-side and unavoidable except for not joining a group with more than 12.

yeh i know its known, but idk why it brought back my problem. Maybe they are linked somehow?

I kept on getting the game freeze then crash also. It started with patch 1.1.2, and would happen about once a day then kept on getting worse until it happened every 10 minuets. I don't use any add on and I tried everything that has been suggested in these forums. It seems that every time you crash the game gets a little more corrupt and the repair/fix option on the launcher can't detect or repair what is going wrong. I finally did a complete uninstall, to include deleting any and all folders that dealt with ESO, after I reinstalled I have not had a crash (but it has only been one day)

Yeah I have the same problem. Written longer posts about it in forum earlier too. I guess I will have to reinstall my game as well... What if the problem comes back again though? Will I have to reinstall it once a week? thats impossible for me since I'm on mobile broadband..
