Unacceptable behaviour from CSR and system

I am writing this with my brother account because i still dont have access to my account after 14 days.

It all begun on june 2nd . I recieved a suspension for no reason.
It took about 10 days fighting with CSR telling me to give secret question awnser, a payment that was made ... all on separate mail.

Once those informations were given they said they are moving it to the higher team. After 3 days i still didnt have news so i wrote to them again. They said :
"I have yet to receive word on the status of your appeal. I will take the liberty of resubmitting your appeal.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your continued interest and support!"

After 10 days they finally restored my account with 9 day added to my subscription.

You would think it is ok , i havent lost anything but time but this is just the begining of the complain thread .

Here is the main reason why i am sharing experience with everyone

On june 13th i recieved another mail telling me AGAIN that i was suspended. You would think i have done something wrong

but!!! i havent even logged in since they unbanned me .

What the hell is that zenimax ?? are you really this bad using some autoit script to ban people and not even removing the flag when you unban them.

I want serious awnser on what is going on.

I wish they would ban you so you would understand how the support from mail is terrible. I am sharing experience and i know that some Zeni staff are monitoring it.

They do not restrict their customer's access to their game without reason. Methinks we are not getting the full story here.

...everyone is just going to think you are guilty, kind of why zos chimed in the first place and looked into the issue, you didnt have to tell us the results. Also there is a good chance you are putting your brother's account at risk now. He is responsible for your actions on his account

You got the full story. They lifted my suspension after 10 days fighting. Then they apologized and added 9 days to my time ( wich was lost).

After that, i run away from town a few day , i checked mail and i noticed i recieved another suspension.

I got the full story, your version and ZOS, becasue I don't know you and you could be a "cheater," and how zos is a brand new company so I don't know how they really are, I have only My opinion, and that's enough for me, but it shouldn't matter to you. The point is you will get this form many people becasue you chose to bring this to the forum,s and admit to us that ZOS finds you guilty. good luck in the future, but I'm out of this mess. Tell your "brother" i'm sorry his account is about to be banned for being hacked/ flamming on the forums

There must be some shady going on.... if you openly did something.. eg. buying gold from some of those bot farmer companies and am discovered actions will be taken and the likes, also if you in secret has been exploiting an unknown exploit, been botting or using multiple windows for your own gain which is strictly against the policy in this game or whatever, then they are allowed to suspend you, trust me these guys here does not suspend people without a damn good reason.

You could be using an illegal thing or addon as well... sharing accounts I believe is not permitted as well but I could be wrong, maybe you should read the TOS and EULA to find out why they keep suspending you.

What you can do depends on where you live and what you did...

In some countries their EULA has no value of any kind but you are still bound by your country`s law. So if you did something the EULA says is not allowed but its not a crime in your country you can report them and they should get a fine...

Example: Since i usually get heated up in debates on the forum here and in other mmo`s i player i usually got warnings for trolling or excessive posting and so on. Those are not crimes in the EU so when i mailed back saying that while its their right to ban me(they can pick their clients) they must issue a refund if they do so...

I remember EA even has a link to most EU laws in the subscription mail including the right to cancel within 14 days and so on...

I`m sure the EU is not the only one with laws like this... so if you live in one of those lucky countries you can try and see if there is more you can do... you won`t get unbanned but they might get a fine.

EDIT: If you did anything that is a crime like hacking or modifying the game files then don`t bother... but if you got banned for nothing try and fight it, at least get them to say WHY you were banned and so on. They might decline your request as they will think(rightly so sadly) that nobody will sue them for a small thing like this one but if an institution in your country asks them then they have to take it seriously.

Or if you have money and a good case sue them... if you have a friend who is a junior lawyer and wants some reputation he might even do it for free to get some exposure defending an innocent from the big bad corporations who answer to nobody and bla bla.

I wanted to try that but i was never banned... if i`ll ever get banned with no reason i know a few high school friends who might do it just to see if they can get any damages... or so they said but we were drunk at the time.

Also keep in mind of TOS, which is quite a bit different.. or can be... you do agree to play the game on their terms as well... the ZENI, am quite sure they have covered everything in.

Their TOS/EULA or whatever other names they use has no value, the only time its accepted is when the things they say you are not allowed to do are also illegal in that country...
