Unknown error after character loading

After selecting character loading screen to location (currently Eastmarch) appears for some time, and then logging out to first screen with "An unknown error has occurred". Happened to me for few days but usually after 2-3 tries I was able to log in. Currently I already tried for 7 times with no luck.
Any suggestions how can I solve this problem?

✭Hi there, @StDogbert. Is this happening on all of your characters, or just one? If it's only happening on a single character, do you mind letting us know what server you're on and what your character is named? We'd be happy to pass the information along to our Support Team.
If this error is occurring on all of your characters, it may be for a few different reasons. The best thing to do then would be to contact our Support Team with a copy of your game consultant file.0 -
