Number of subscribers and players online are two different things. The Craglorn patch messed a lot of stuff up and WS came out. There was a noticeable dropoff. The patch a week or so ago seemed to improve things and you started seeing more players again. Wabbajack on NA was packed this last weekend.

I have fun killing other players. I am satisfied with different challenges that are always dynamic.
I enjoy the name recognition and the frenemies I make in the different factions.
I pve for gear so that I can pvp. PvP is the point of the game for me ... not loot.

Ok I will bite and draw a conclusion
Your main game is WoW. You have played it so long anything new or better you fail to see cause like an abused wife your emotional attachment to an old dated cartoon game does not allow you to move on to something much better
Also you shop at Walmart for your computers because this game is so lovely and lag and error free compared to other games it unbelievable
Your personal experience does not equate to everyone else's so stop with the subjective bs. This game has minimum specs to be able to run the software. The fact that it isn't compatible with a lot of rigs means that the company didn't test properly and needs to either fix those core compatibility issues or rescind their specifications. While I haven't had the issues that a lot of people have had because I do have a February purchased mid range CyberpowerPC gaming unit, I have had combat lag, quest bugs, and for a while in the beginning, constant disconnects. Whether you want to acknowledge that some of the issues are server side or not, they've already admitted to it for a lot of these issues.
Also, you must have a very limited mmo experience to make broad generalizations. Especially, when EVE Online, Ultima Online, Everquest, Neverwinter, and FFXI have been out for 9+ years.
Sadly I have to contradict you on this one. I'm one of the founders of an trading guild, which shortly after foundation was full (500 members). 4 weeks back there were in the evening hours around 120 to 150 of them online, now it's hardly 80 although I removed lots of inactive members and recruited new ones. And two other trading guilds I'm with show the same decrease in activity.Seroczynski wrote: »I haven't noticed yet. Guild which consist of 500 people will always have 80% of their people offline.

What toons you have in WoW? How many years you play that game and why are you on this forum tearing the game down with BS posts?
Every single MMO release in the past 15 years has these exact posts and like the one your making x ten. This release has been well with in reason for industry standards if not better sell it on the wow forum

Take a good shiny hard look in your generalizing mirror, kiddo. All you're doing is projecting, and badly. You have nothing constructive and are flaming. That's it.

Na, all factions locked. Big battles between all of them. However it was/is the only campaign that full.Ragnar_Lodbrok wrote: »Number of subscribers and players online are two different things. If by packed you mean everyone was on AD then yes
Locked is a lie, everytime it says locked there isnt anyone other than just AD rolling.Na, all factions locked. Big battles between all of them. What faction and server are you? Perhaps I should join yours. Please come back and tell us how the population is when you reach the upper vet zones. It is so silly to think that the game is going down in flames. Has nobody put in the thought that us casuals take time to enjoy the game? I only just recently reached V1 and I see plenty of people. I have to hurry often to reach world bosses and then wait with others to do the beat down that are waiting with me as they didn't get to the world boss as I have.
