STILL waiting for help

On ticket number 140615-003657. STILL waiting for any useful information on this ticket. Nothing has been done, no contact made, nothing. I was told a GM would contact me in-game. Is there only one damned GM in the whole game? Is he on a long lunch? Been waiting a full day despite numerous attempts to contact CS. Most CS people were clueless as to what to do. How do I get the GM I was told would help me?

But having responded to your PM and recieved again NO reply, and still no indication of WHEN a GM will be available, I find your "help" rather lacking here. Could SOMEONE in the CS departments PLEASE give me some indication when a GM can be available? I mean, seriously, Comcast cable was recently voted worst customer service in the country, but at least THEY can give you a 2 hour window for customer service!0
