Fishing, is it still bugged?

So I was wondering why the green and higher leveled fish you catch do not show up in your bag, is it stilled bugged?
I would catch a blue fish thinking I could fish up some gold and some achievements and then look in my bags and have only the trash white ones remaining.

MissTreated✭✭✭Agreed, it is a nice way to just chill, I have been a big fan of MMO's that have a fishing option but sadly can't make anything off the fishing in this, really think it needs to be fixed2

Yep I also Agree, been broken from start. Seems we fishermen/women are to relax to kick up enough of a fuss to get any response!3 -

✭✭✭The bug with the fishes not showing up in inventory is disappointing but I'd honestly rather ZOS spend their time fixing the major bugs. I know they'll eventually get around to fixing the issues with the fish. Hopefully they'll give us some cooking recipes. Sunrock✭✭✭I'm going to wait until they revamp fishing as they talked about in the road ahead. However I think they should take a look at FF XI you can say what you want about that game but they really did the fishing game mechanic interesting. It's almost as intensive as fighting a NPC.

i fished my way through LOTRO and caught every fish, got every trophy & title. I sneaked into areas in WOW that were WAY over my current level just to get to a fishing spot. I really want to have that kind of experience here, but the fishing seems so haphazard. Hopefully they will take pity on the fishers and fix it soon.2 -
MissTreated✭✭✭yes major issues like questing, well that is a quester's major issue, and for fishers this is a major issue... my point here is if you are going to implement something into a game shouldn't it work as equally as the rest of the game.3

Why bother implementing something half-ass. Either do it right, or don't do it at all. They could have saved themselves a lot of CS tickets if they would have just left fishing out on release and waited to implement it when it was actually finished.2 -

I have a few ticket responses from in the early part of the game that made no sense at all. I can tell you from all that time ago "They are looking into it" and "passing it on to relevant game departments" or something like that. Well Fiddlesticks. What they said its most likely true, that's the problem they people they refer it to are on bigger issues. Its like Chinese whispers.1

Theegoliath✭✭✭Last time I fished was in beta. Untill they implement the provisioning back into fishing, there is no point in catching fish that only give 3 gold as a reward, and the rare wet gunny sack. Im glad ZoS is fixing other things before making fishing a priority again.
And they should make typing (chatting) an option while you fish too.
Fishing is great, theres just no point to it right now. Achievements alone isnt enough for me personally.2 -

MissTreated✭✭✭Again I thought i would try another location key word again, and nothing in my bags, I fish up a blue fish and get nothing not even placed in the junk part of my bags, just nothing... PLEASE Zenimax fix the fishing!1

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I pulled in lots of rares in the past few days. They never show up in my inventory but they are being counted against my achievements. I checked each time I pulled one in. Just wish they would show up in the inventory so we could sell them for some nice gold.2 -

You're all wrong LOL green fish and above aren't saved in your inventory they only count towards the achievements. They don't disappear because they were never meant to be looted, it has been confirmed already by mods.0
