The Sea Elves, capable of lightning magic at an increased rate, destruction spells could be increased with the Maormer as a playable race, you could start off at Pyandonea and choose an alliance to join.

Snow Elves would be awesome, proper snow elves like they had in the DawnGuard Expansion in the Chancellory of Auriel, not the degenerate Betrayed Fallmer.

    Maomer would be nice too.

Given 99% of the Snow Elves are dead or have devolved into the Falmer it wouldn't make lore sense so I don't see it happening. Likewise, the Dwemer should never appear as they're gone at this point in time.

Um, the Snow Elf chancellory of Dawnguard Expansion was huge, that 1% of the population would be in the Hundreds if not Thousands. Not saying they would be a huge factor in the faction politics, but big enough to justify a few characters with quests and special armour/weapons.

Maormer are pretty cool, but they are the enemy. I'd almost like to see the Kothringi just as much too. Even though they've all but died out or married into other groups by now.

I'm pretty sure you meet two Snow Elves in the Dawnguard Expansion, one of which is a vampire. I simply threw 99% out there, it's more like the whole population minus 2.

"Few know that an unknown number of civilized Snow Elves rejected the Dwemer's deal. Even fewer know that some have survived, uncorrupted, into modern times. Knight-Paladin Gelebor of the Chantry of Auri-El, the only known and potentially last Snow Elf still alive today, embraced this distinction between "Falmer" and "Snow Elf" because of the negative connotations "Falmer" had accumulated over the millennia."

They're gone, like the Dwemer, it wouldn't be realistic to have them suddenly appear.

Dragons are dead at the minute, except for a few in hiding, besides someone said they are already in the game.

It'd be interesting to know your source on who said Dragons were already in the game. It has been mentioned many times that Deadra Titans are substituting for Dragons, or that Paarathunax is a possibility of being in the game when Throat of the World is unlocked, but if someone said Dragons were in the game, that is very false.

It was on one of the what monster do you want added to the game threads. He said it was in the Veteran levels, obviously I haven't got there yet, so I don't actually know.

That's Fourth age though. The Chantry could very well be completely intact today. I'd like a playable Maormer, for now I'll make do with their uniform I got in Greenshade. Although...Is there even a single friendly Maormer that persists after a quest? Even prisoners seem to vanish.

I know some people are going to say "no ... they're evil!" But they aren't any more evil than any other faction. Here's some screenshots from the Khenarthi's Roost quests, where you can see that the Maormer feel like Khenarthi's Roost is THEIR island, and that the high elves have invaded it and taken over, and they just want their island back. They feel like the high elves are the bad guys.

Every faction seems evil to a different faction. In the Ebonheart quests, they portray the Daggerfall Cov as being an evil invading army, who are necromancers and raising the dead. Yet if you play Daggerfall, a different faction is portrayed as being the evil ones. It's all a matter of perspective. The Maormer would absolutely be a great candidate for a new race.

While I am enjoying the AD quest line, I was actually disappointed that the Maormer weren’t portrayed in a more complex way. Sure, they are marauding elsewhere but when I saw the ambassador I thought we might get another side of the story. It’s fine to have some totally evil villains in a story but I think it more interesting when there are also those who are at least somewhat sympathetic and could be seen as heros in another side of the story.

It would be cool to have them as a playable race, but you can recreate their look pretty well will a pale-skinned Dunmer or Altmer and the oracle eyes.

All half breeds takes the characteristics of their mother if I remember well, in fact the Gray Prince in TES IV was the son of an Orc Mother and an Imperial (vampire) father.

Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
    In the wrong house
    With the wrong ascendancy
    I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

I would love to see the sea Elves as a playable race.

ESO already has 3 Elven races to play... so another could seem over kill for some folks.

However for humans we have Breton, Redguard, Nord, Imperial... so if you think of it like that, there is room for another Elven race.

Perhaps more desirable though, would be a new race entirely. We only have 3 others, Kajit, Orc, Argonian. The obvious answer would be to bring the Dwarves back... some time rift story arc that put dwemer back in ESO as a playable race...
