Unable to morph ability (Lava Whip DK)

Hello,
Currently I have leveled the ability Lava Whip to max level (IV). I have not been able to morph this ability, nor have I been asked to do so. Do more people experience this problem, perhaps with other abilities as well?
I haven't tried to respec it yet, I will update this post when I did try to do so.

Ranrach✭✭Problem has been solved, it wasn't fully leveled to IV, it was about 3/4 of IV. Now that it is maxed out completely I can morph it.0
