Mistakes in banning accounts

I am sorry to hear this.

My sister was banned twice in EQ2 because their login program screwed up and was throwing out false flags. I can't even imagine, as she was banned, they fixed it, the next day she was banned again.

I don't understand why they can't do a SUSPENSION. See a problem, though a suspension and and auto e-mail or something. it isn't that hard to do to make the program. I'm serious, I could do it or anyone else that does HTML or friggin C++ or something.

I think the main thing of this all is there is no communication when it happens, which I find odd. It's only human nature to want to know why they are being accused of something and want to be shown evidence.
