finding missing quests

i've been searching for weeks for the last quest on shadowfen without any luck, i re-visited every place and walked around for hours but i never could find it. now i was just trying to complete the rift and again i got stuck with two missing quests. i really don't want to spent another week looking for the final quest like i did with shadowfen, it's just not fun anymore. i understand that many people prefer to keep looking but i lost the interest. so, anyone knows how to find out which quests are missing?

at the journal i can see that on shadowfen i complete 61/62 and on the rift 66/68, but there are no list of the quests.

shadowfen seems to be a little bugged but I managed to complete, I was missing the gas cloud quest in the swamp, also the quest at deep graves is easy to miss as it pops after you complete there, the quest in the group dungeon counts too, the rift however I had no problems finding all the quests

I just came across a quest in Shadowfen that was given by a dark elf who just appeared right in front of me then vanished almost instantly. Had to wait for him to appear again and talk to him before he vanished again (not like a bugged out sort of appearing/vanishing, but very ninja-like with smoke). It happened near the ruin called Zuuk (I think it's called) to the south (I think). Dunno if that's the one you're missing, just seems easy to miss.

somehow i noticed that i already finished all the quests on rift and i didn't even noticed how

now i only have that shadowfen quest left. i'm going to try your tips. thanks
