Patch 1.0.8 mislabeled in Launcher as eso.live.1.0.7.984657

I submitted an E-mail Support Request (Question Reference # 140519-035095) when the Launcher displayed eso.live.1.0.7.984657 but Game Options > Check for Updates did not find any Update or Patch for either the NA or EU Megaservers even though Patch Notes said the current version is 1.0.8.
ESO Support responded very quickly to my request (less than 30 minutes)
and explained "There was an error in labeling the patch, and will display as 1.0.7.984657 So you are fine, you have the current update. I know it shows 1.0.7 but it is actually the 1.0.8 update."
He continued saying the Launcher version number would be corrected in the next Update.
Sharing this here in case anyone else noticed this minor issue which does not affect game play or access.
