Dark cloak DOT removing not working

I just took dark cloak, cos it say that it removes 1 damage over time effect, but it does nothing. I tested this on last boss in Banished Cells Veteran and that dot after bubble when u fall, it does not remove it. Any1 else got this problem ? Purify from templar removes it normaly, but my dark cloak cannot even if it say it removes 1 dot.
