How to change name of banned character?

So here's the scenario:

I login like normal, but when I tries to 'play' my character, it came up with a window asking me to change my name for no reason whatsoever. I automatically assumed this was a bug of some sort, and just reentered the name I was using, 'logikunt'. After doing this I get the error 326, character is currently locked when I press 'play'.

After waiting a few days, this was still happening so I decided to create a new character. After logging in to my new character I receive mail informing me of my 'rude' character name. This is when I finally learn WHY it asked me to change my character name.

Anyway, Is there any way to change my character name? as it will not give me another chance after I first reentered my name. And its kinda stupid it doesn't give me a reason as for why I need to change my name, and the only way of figuring out is by logging in in the first place.

the force name change will be applied if a name has been reported and after review has been found in violation against the EULA.
Only way for you to get logged into the character now is to write a ticket and ask them to re-apply the force name change function.. obviously you should be picking another name then

mind you i am not agreeing nor disagreeing with their decision to make you rename your character.
This kind of discussion would be locked immediately and they would tell you to contact a GM in order to appeal their decision.
