Bank slots / banked items disappear

I'm using my bank mainly to distribute crafting materials to my different chars (crafting alts). For a long time (several weeks i guess), I have the problem, that a part of my bank slots (and the items included) do not show for some of my alts.

For example:
I deposit some materials in my bank from my main and have 80/120 bank slots used (just an example)
Now I log to my alt to withdraw some of the items, and it will only show 70/120 bank slots used, and I don't have access to some of the items I deposited.

I already sent some bug reports, as this really starts to get on my nerves (bank fills up, can't withdraw some items/materials with my alts).

The problem seems to arrise randomly. Sometimes, I managed to make the bank slots reappear by relogging. But for some of my alts, this does not seem to work anymore, they are missing around 20 bank slots permanently.

I'm playing on the EU server (if that's important).

your main cant't see them but your alt's can, log into your alt pick up the items you want and deposit them again and log back onto your main. yet another stupid problem with a stupid work around

/Edit: Tried it, but it didn't work...

My 2 most-played characters use 213 bank slots (at least these 2 chars show the same value)

May alts can see:
Alt 1: 206 used slots
Alt 2: 192 used slots
Alt 3: 193 used slots
Alt 4: 174 used slots

I tried anything I could imagine (relogging several time, withdrawed and deposited every single item, ...)

It really gets on my nerves, I'm about to quit... I can't use the items I put into the bank to craft...

Actually, I'm spending more time with inventory management than playing, even without this damn bug!

/bug'ed it several times now, but did not get any response...

I have the same problem.

I got 240 bank slots and this is when it started very hard. Before 240 slots relog usually helped. But now even after relog I cant see my items. It's around ~170 for my main and 237 for one alt. My bank is full.

Any solution?

Not yet, it's the same situation for me (I also have 240 bank slots, before this the problem occured only sporadically and could be solved with relogging).

I wrote several bug reports (no response) and a support ticket (automated reply that did not help).

So no, no soultion yet.

Do you use horse with bonus inventory slots? I'm not sure but I got my speed horse to level 50 almost at the same time with 240 bank slots. At level 49 horse get free +1 for all stats, so I have 1 free inventory slot.

I use a speed horse, which is currently around 35 I guess, and the imperial horse as a pack mule wich is 50 and got +1 to all stats.

But I don't believe that the horse affects the disappearing bank slots problem.

When I have my Imperial horse active that has full pack space, I usually can't see something between 10 to 30 items in bank. But when I switch to my Gaited horse that has no pack space upgrades, then I see every item in my bank.

Interesting, but this problem does mainly affect my crafting alts, which have no horse at all. But I will try that out, as soon as I'm home from work.

It doesn't change anything in our case. Still missing items.

No addons and horse without bonus inventory slots failed. It's definitelly game bug.

Lets ping ZOS so they can see this problem and help us.

Some input:
I NEVER had the bank slots used/unused being show incorrect until I went to the first VR area (other realm - AD). I got the problem FIRST time I opened a bank in AD, and have had it since, but its ONLY a problem on the VR character, after going for the first time to a VR realm (AD). No other character have this problem, only the one that hit VR content. And it is also a problem if he uses a bank in my realm Daggerfall. So it looks to be related to VR chars, AFTER going to another realm to do VR content.

Let's see:

Main character is in VR area (started in Aldmeri Dominion, but is now in Ebohneart VR area) and sees all bank slots (at least I suppose)
Second character is currently 30 (Ebonheart) and sees the same number of bank slots
Enchanting alt is 10 (Ebonheart) and misses around 25 or 30 slots
Alchemy alt is 10 (Daggerfall) and misses only around 5 slots

I actually can't tell for sure, when the problem did arise... it *may* be correlated with entering VR content.

I still think it's related with 240 bank slots. It happened when I upgraded it to full. Before it I could relog and I saw all items.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you are right... since I have 240 slots, I can't get rid of the problem.

items are still in your bank, deposit more so stuff will stack to get them to show up, Zos is aware of the issue

Unless some items aren't stackable and your bank is full... :P

Sent an e-mail to support on 30/04/2014 regarding this problem...

They would send this over to the Mages Guild for further investigation.

I don't even bother anymore, almost a month later and i haven't heard a thing...

I explained, that the bank slots are NOT missing PERMANENTLY, and that I already gave a detailed description of the problem, but did not get any response after that...
