Having problems with Payment/Subscription!!

Hi.

I want to know if there is a problem with the system, I just payed $15 from my MasterCard but it says I have no days left of sub in my ESO account. I also received the email confirming my purchase and specifying that I have 30 days of sub.

I proceeded to check my bank account and talked to the teller and he said that it was deduced from my account, the $14.99 USD

So is there any way this can be fixed ASAP?

    actually this sounds like what i talked about in another thread http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/99019/account-status-is-expired#latest

    be sure to clearify if the money is gone form your accout between it has been sent to ZOS, good chance that deduced means your bank placed it in a hold

    The last transaction was this one. I just triple checked it and I even asked the teller to double check it as well. :/
