Please make inner light toggle: on by default.

I know other toggles such as pets work the same way. And the magelight thread mentioned it, but it's filled with other issues and trolls mostly. Currently if I want to use inner light I have to put it on both weapon slots... which is fine if I want it for both. But if I plan to have heals on second bar and don't want to use it... I still need to slot it to prevent having to toggle it every swap.
I never once thought... oh hey I should UN-toggle inner light here. It's simply always used when it's slotted. If it was toggled on by default, or changed from being a toggle it would make things better imo.
