I reported an issue on Saturday about my account being hacked and the gold on all of my characters being removed, in the region of 40,000 gold. Can I have an explanation as to why I have had no response to this report, even a basic acknowledgement of receipt would be nice. Bots, gold sellers, hackers etc are ruining this game and this should be the number one priority for the developers. I committed 180 days to this game but I am seeing very little in return
