Booted from server twice.

I was doing the quest in Stirk, killed the first deadra boss, i got stuck i couldnt move at all but i could use my skills, i reported the problem, then after a while i get booted.
I log in again right in to Stirk, i could move, awsome i think, then i get booted again!
I log in again..and now i am in The Rift map..
wtf is this..
